"I wanted to create a vehicle for quality information that people can trust and refer to in times of doubt.  As a life coach, my desire is to inject a sense of community in terms of "each one help one.  We all have testimonies that may help the next person and it truly is all about getting to that next successful point in life.  I bring to the show my ear and my shoulder when needed.  Often times, I wish I had the same tools and information at my disposal when I faced similar adversities.  As humans we laugh, cry, scream, become excited, and feel depressed and it’s important for us to understand that these cycles are usually ok and that we have to allow ourselves to be human and understand why the experiences happened before we can prevent them from happening again."
